The charges for postage and packaging, or for manual delivery will be determined at the time of order.
For Europe, outside Europe and the USA we will email a delivery price within 3 working days.

Small, non-fragile items by parcel courier from £6.95 inc VAT – Normally within 5-7 working days
Furniture Items within London:
One Man Delivery Service from £15 inc VAT – Normally available next day
Two Man Delivery Service from £36 inc VAT – Normally within 5-7 working days
Furniture Items within England and Wales:
One Man Service from £60 inc VAT – Normally within 5-15 working days
Two Man Delivery Service from £95 inc VAT – Normally within 5-15 working days
Furniture Items to Scotland:
One Man Service from £95 inc VAT – Normally within 10-15 working days
Two Man Delivery Service from £145 inc VAT – Normally within 10-15 working days
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you can return an item until 14 days after you have received the Goods. Simply inform us by email (email@example.com) within 14 days of receiving delivery. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item, in original condition, for a full refund. In your return request, please include the reason for the return, your order reference, the best phone number to call you on, and photos of any damage on the item.
We do not refund delivery charges and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (equivalent to the original delivery charge), unless an item is found to be faulty or not as described. Items returned damaged or altered will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds on any custom-made items.
Specifically, we cannot be held responsible if an item of furniture cannot gain access to, or does not fit in its intended space. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you measure all access areas prior to making a purchase.
