If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you can return an item until 14 days after you have received the Goods. Simply inform us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days of receiving delivery. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item, in original condition, for a full refund. In your return request, please include the reason for the return, your order reference, the best phone number to call you on, and photos of any damage on the item.
We do not refund delivery charges and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (equivalent to the original delivery charge), unless an item is found to be faulty or not as described. Items returned damaged or altered will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds on any custom-made items.
Specifically, we cannot be held responsible if an item of furniture cannot gain access to, or does not fit in its intended space. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you measure all access areas prior to making a purchase.
